To live life well you need Balance

To Find Balance, Be Balance

Are you looking for control in your life, or are you looking for understanding and grace?

How long do you stay in any one place? Is home a haven or just a pit stop? If it's just a pit stop, what are you running from? Do you ever feel like; if you stop, you'll never get going again? Where is your balance? Did you lose it to work? Did you lose it to love? Did you lose it in relationships with family and friends?

Take notice when life feels really great or not really great, and write about your experience. Write about your feelings. Leave your Self a trail of breadcrumbs. Having balance is essential for life, love, work, relationships, and for your Self.

Find your way to Live and Be Balance

Finding balance in life takes patience and a little bit of effort. It won't happen overnight, but the capability is around somewhere ... you probably just misplaced it awhile ago. Like learning to ride a bike; living life with happy, healthy habits, and being in balance takes practice. Without practice we skip the finer details and forget what we were meaning to do. If you learn to look close enough, you can identify where and how you are losing your balance. You can stop sabotaging your own peace of mind, your happiness, and your success.

A very dear friend of mine experienced the loss of a feline loved one and, as I was writing to console her, my own words made an impact of awareness and understanding in me. It never ceases to amaze me; how we learn our life lessons, and then live them without really stopping to understand how the experience and the awareness have changed our lives... until we share it with someone else...
