Developing healthy relationships...

...takes a degree of effort.

Take advantage of these important tips!

If you want healthy relationships, they all need:

  • love,
  • respect,
  • and personal space.

First Tip:  If it's not returned to you, don't be afraid to ask for it. Everyone needs something in relationships ... whether it is compassion or respect, love or understanding. You have to give it in order to receive it. Earning and deserving it are built into the relationships equation. Take one element away and the equation no longer works.  Honest communication in relationships really helps.

Love needs long walks and a desire to understand.

Second tip: Healthy relationships are achieved by allowing each other's individuality, privacy and, dare I say it again, personal space. To avoid the codependence trap, maintain your own life in order to share your loved ones lives, for how can you share what you don't have?  Conscious awareness in relationships can make a difference in the right direction.

Consider that if what you need in relationships you do not give freely and unconditionally, then you are ingenuine and the giving by others will fester into resentment. Another tip: is available to members only.

Everyone's heard that actions speak louder than words ...

So why do so many people not take action in order to change what is not making them happy or successful? Why do so many people look to others to make a difference for them in their lives?  Why is it that so many people cannot figure out why this world is seemingly crumbling around them?
