Experiences with horses and In Touch Methods™...

I have had the opportunity to experience and witness transformation with both myself and the horses while watching In Touch™ in action. When I was first around the horses I was tentative and frightened being around these magnificent animals. Little did I know that they would help change my life.

By watching, asking questions, and then actually having hands on with the horses (only ground work, I don't ride), I have learned a whole new language that I didn't realize existed. This language is something we use in everyday life...work, relationships, family.

Spending time with In Touch™, my awareness of myself has expanded significantly, and I have found a freedom that I didn't know existed. Having contact with the horses and learning how to listen to them has taught me how to listen to myself and others.

A lot of what I feel now I'm unable to express in words. It's such a richness within, and I think must be experienced in order to get the gist of it. Thanks so much Becky, for sharing your animals and wisdom. It's been a sweet gem in my life.

Becky and her In Touch Methods™ are a wealth of knowledge not just from books and hands on experience, but an innate sense of what makes a horse, a horse. I am drawn to horses because of their solace, understanding, honesty, and intuition. I am drawn to Becky's openness about life, relationships, and energy, but most importantly how she connected these things to horses.

I have gone to Becky at some of the lowest times in my life. I worked at a job with people that literally sucked the life and energy out of me. I was totally unbalanced, unhappy, and sick with stress. Becky's InTouch™ lessons with horses helped me to understand and protect my own energy, as well as recognize other's energy whether it is bad or good. These lessons were the wake up call I needed to make the choice to change what was bleeding me dry.

Words do not do justice for what a horse can teach you about yourself, your relationships, and life. It is something that must be experienced to truly understand. The lessons I learned from InTouch Methods™ were the key to opening myself up to seeing, feeling, and accepting the magic; what I needed to do to help me help myself. They have changed my life because through them, I can find balance and energy. It is something that I would encourage everyone to experience whether you have had horses in your life or not.

"Holy hell, girl. You truly are amazing with those horses. Are you SURE you can't be the one to work with them? "... watching you with them this morning was like watching Yoda and his team of Jedis. You could probably get twice the result in half the time. Anyway, I love watching you with them, and I was trying to describe it to Tim. He is very bummed he couldn't be here to watch, and I hope you will come again when he can see what you did. You may not think it is a big deal, but to outsiders, let me tell you - IT IS!
